As part of our Science we planted some Spring bulbs and Summer Lillies. We are hoping that with our sign on the planter, we can leave it outside our door for everyone to enjoy! We have already discovered bugs in the soil and wrote in our science books about what plants need.
Jan. 6, 2012:
Now that the new year is here we discovered some exciting observations in our class garden! We discovered two bulbs coming up :) Next time you are dropping off or picking up from our class have a peek.
Feb. 1, 2012:
I added more dirt since the snow, but look at how many buds are sprouting! The kids are very interested in them growing and what they will bloom into.
Feb. 28:
March 9th, 2012: Just starting Spring Break!!
We have started scientific observations and are now making hypothesis and learning to test them.
What will they look like after two weeks (Spring Break)????? Draw me a picture and bring it in for an Above and Beyond :)
