Maple Ridge Park

Yesterday we walked to Maple Ridge Park and had a wonderful time exploring outside.  We took our "private eye" (magnifying lenses) to see what we could discover.  The lenses didn't last long as they found a hill to play on.  To Ms. Meedin's and my surprise, they had so much fun running up and down the trail hill.  There was lots of cheers of joy and excitement!  They had pure joy participating in outside physical activity, it just made us smile with pride.  When asked most kids said that the hill was their favourite part of the trip and wanted to do it again.  We then played on the playground before walking back to school.  Now that the weather is getting nicer, we plan to explore and have more physical play at Maple Ridge Park.  Here are some fun photos of our afternoon!
